Innovation Award 2023 Call for Nominations

The Innovation Award showcases coalitions or initiatives that are taking inventive approaches as they navigate a complex and changing semiconductor environment.

Nominations are accepted from the SRC community for faculty who have been funded by SRC contract research for a period of at least six years cumulative.

• Patents eligible for nomination must be 5 - 15 years from the original issue date at the time the nomination is filed
• All nominated patents must be actively maintained at the time of nomination.  Lapsed patents will not be awarded
• All nominated patents must have originated from an SRC-funded research award
• Award winners will be the listed inventors on the selected patent, with the physical award given where possible to the project leader listed on the original SRC-funded research award
• Cannot be employed by a company that is not a member of SRC

Submissions are required by the close of business on April 14, 2023.

The winner will be notified in July 2023. The award will be presented at TECHCON 2023.
