TECHCON 2023 Call for Abstracts Now Open

It is with great pleasure that SRC announces TECHCON 2023 will be held September 10-12, 2023 at the Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas.

The Call for Abstracts is now open. The deadline for submission is 3:00 p.m. eastern time on Wednesday, March 15, 2023

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO SUBMIT:

  • Students must be assigned to and working on current SRC research
  • Not assigned to research? – Click here to create a web account at www.src.org prior to February 8. See your advisor if you need to be added to a Pillar team and project.
  • SRC Project number, project title, and research program area will be required to submit
  • It is expected that every student in their 2nd year or later will submit at least one abstract
  • A maximum of 2 abstracts per student can be submitted
  • Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words, with no graphics, figures, or tables
  • Each submission will be required to choose a primary category based on the SRC Decadal Plan and the 5 Seismic Shifts
  • Abstracts will be submitted through Open Water via single sign-on through your www.src.org account. Note, your ID and password for the SRC account are the same as for Open Water.
  • The deadline for submission is 3:00 p.m. eastern time on Wednesday, March 15, 2023
  • More conference details

If your abstract is chosen you will be required to attend in person for the entire length of the conference. Selected students will present a 15-minute presentation and one poster session.  

SRC is monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will follow appropriate guidelines to keep attendees safe

This is a great opportunity for students to meet with SRC member companies, including 8 of the top 10 semiconductor companies in the world.  Student presenters enjoy multiple formal and informal occasions to network with SRC member companies, opening the door to internship and job opportunities.
